This is a photo of my customized Rainbow Dash Xbox 360, the plexiglass plates are hand etched acrylic and have LEDs wired at the bottom off of the Xbox's own power supply to illuminate the etchings. Everything was painted using plastic ready spray paint and primer. LEDs were hand installed and soldered after original ones had been removed (On the ring of light in front). Extra cooling via a smaller fan and upgraded oil bearing fans were replaced in the rear. The disk tray was painted using a spin art painting technique using syringes and accumulated spray paint. Deadline was 8 days to complete.Related content

He's a great artist, I commissioned him about 2-3 years ago to do a custom cutout, it was actually Rainbow Dash's head as the cutout with her details etched. I slapped her on my newer Xbox 360 after my Arcade 360 fully died on me. I had bought an Elite for $131 at Gamestop with the 1 year warranty, as soon as it came home 3-4 hours later (Purchased in Corpus Christi, I live in southern Texas), I made sure that it worked. As soon as I made sure that my new 360 worked, I stripped it down to install my custom half shell and LED Storm V2 that was commissioned just the day before a convention called South Texas Gamers Con 2 and I showed her off. To this day, she's given me no issues, although I'll admit that she isn't done. Funds have been tight, but one half is Black and the other half is white, I do want to get her painted professionally. Now, for those wondering about the price, it's not cheap if you've no job. For one, it depends on what kind of job you want done to your system and giving credits where they are due, he does an excellent job. My half shell, if I remember correctly was $150.00, he didn't disappoint and he pulled it off. I love that system and the job that he did for it.
