Okay, this was meant to be uploaded sooner but now that I have internet again here it is.The lightning was experimental but I think with some practice I can get better with it since I was using the actual lightning Storm summons from the 90's cartoon as a reference.
I hope this was worth the wait to anyone who liked the line art version.
