Personality
Dev is usually rather easygoing and calm. They usually like to just go with the flow and tend to enjoy just staying home reading or baking. That said, they do have an unlockable hyper mode that Odd refers to as "Chaos Dev". Chaos Dev is activated through too much sugar and is similar to grandma Cupcake's Party Mode . Chaos Dev enjoys creating showers of chocolate rain and turning random trees and bushes into cotton candy, which they then proceed to gorge themself on.
Dev inherited their father's brains and has extensive knowledge on all things dessert or baked goods. Ask them a question about how to bake something and you'll probably find yourself sitting through an entire lesson on how croissants were invented or how chocolate is harvested and processed, complete with a magic slideshow with glittering magical projections.

Abilities/Talents
Dev can use magic, both regular and Chaos, but their chaos magic is weak and really only manifests itself when Chaos Dev creates chocolate rain and cotton candy. They're an excellent baker and confectionist and wants to someday open their own confectionary.

Job
Currently they just help Candy host and plan parties. They're learning what it takes to run a bakery from grandmother Pinkie though.

Extra
♣ They usually don't bother coming out as genderfluid because they find that it's way more fun to confuse the hell out of ponies by presenting as different genders depending on the day.
♣ They're a bit of a perfectionist and often feels the need to ensure every little detail is perfect. Unless Chaos Dev is in control, then all hell breaks loose.
♣ When Chaos Dev is activated, their chest fluff poofs up. Candy calls this Dev's Power Floof.
♣ Their horns can't do magic. They're mostly just for show and the occasional fight.
