its the weekend again so its time to do another piece of art for my own personal collection.
some time ago i created my own original character who i named lieutenant liu. i always wanted to create a crossover character from 2 of my favourite sci-fi universes which are star trek & star wars. Seeing as the Twi'leks are my favourite Star Wars alien species i thought it would be perfect to have a Twi'lek Starfleet officer.
I never really created a proper back story for her but always imagined her being kidnapped as a child by some form of slave trader, maybe the Oriens. but she escaped in her early teens to join Starfleet.

Over the past few months i have been commissioned by to draw his amazing original characters from his fanfic set on board the USS Waikato. I have enjoyed working on his characters so much that he inspired me to draw my own character 'lieutenant liu' in a uniform similar to that of his characters.

of course. Crossover is my life and I like to draw them myself. Like Sailor Moon vs Broly (DBZ) and stuff.
Plus I am Fan of all the "Star" Franchises. Star Trek, Star Wars and Star Gate (But "Universe" sucked)

Love the uniform, love the Twi'lek in it. I can only hypothesize that her presence in the Trek 'verse is due to Q, possibly after he demanded some random stoner entertain him, and said random stoner popped in Star Wars and told him "Bruh, flop back on my futon and finger-snap us up some munchies, this is gonna be good!"

So is this like Post-Galaxy Star Trek? Because the Twi'leks don't live in the same galaxy as Andorians and Klingons.
