A while ago, this image was in stock and I used it in accordance with your guidelines that were posted at that time. But since then it is no longer in stock and because of that, DeviantArt deleted my modified copy of your image. I was advised to ask you for permission:

I moved from stock because an administrator keeped consider it miskat and someone suggested my that it can't be use it as stock and so i move it to another category.
I know it is not a work of art (but the model is, God bless her!) and I'm happy if you use it in any artistic way!

I submitted first to stock, but an administrator kept on moving it from there and at sugestion i put it at artistic nude. Maybe is not very artistic, but it seems to please many eyes.

they keep moving it most likely because this really isn't a useful stock image, it should be in a regular nude category because images like this are mostly useless to photomanipulators.
