Hello again. You seem to keep re-discovering my Interceptor pictures on here; I think this is the third time. And no, I don't want to get rid of my model at all, sorry.

What I do want is for new model kits to come out--the War Rig, the Doof Wagon, Gigahorse, even Nux's little Deuce coupe, or that old Chevy wagon that looks like Grave Digger the monster truck (Immortan Joe drives it through the rock barricade). And, of course, the newly beefed-up Falcon Interceptor with bigger pipes and rear tires/suspension and misc. tweaks.

So far, I've seen some amazing LEGO Fury Road fan creations, but haven't heard of any actual kits or merchandise.

No, it's just the camera flash making the paint look whiter. It's actually a tan dirt color. Looks like you'd found and commented on this picture back in September, too, so there must not be many pictures of Max's Falcon on dA.

I did have lots of fun painting this model, that's for sure. Look in my gallery for more pictures of it, my other car models, a Gundam model, and so on.

If I could paint it again, I might go with a redder paint. The clay stuck to the car in the films seems more iron-rich than anything. But there was no way I was going to follow the instructions and just paint it black-- that car was only clean for a few minutes of the first movie. This is supposed to be Road Warrior all the way.
