Description Finally, I found some spare time for some corrections on the M4 model. Thanks to EverlastingAbyss for providing images of the backplate and the castle nut So that's the final model... I think

Textures are still missing, as the UV unwrapping is still a pain for me

Modeled in Blender 2.67
Rendered with Cycles in Blender 2.68 at 1000 passes (it's really faster than 2.67 on win machines / cuda enabled)

How long did it take to render with such a huge resolution ?

The render was pretty fast (GPU Rendering) I guess about 15minutes?

too thick? I might need more accurate photos of the original as well for the trigger... but it was mainly a learning object for me

I was going to say its not too hard, but I work with Maya...
So It may be easy or easier, or hard/harder xD.
