I always imagined John would be a Gryffindor but I've liked the idea of Sherlock being a Slytherin. It's partly because I think I have a soft spot for the idea of a forbidden friendship between Sherlock and John as a Slytherin and Gryffindor.

yeah, well... I like him in Hufflepuff the most because in the first chapter something which distinguish to John is his loyalty, indeed, Mycroft said this to him: "You're very loyal, very quickly" and in the end of series 2 John is the only one who believe in Sherlock until the end. Values hard work, patience, justice, and loyalty, that is what a good Hufflepuff has and John complies with each one of them, but yeah, John is a really brave man, I like him in Gryffindor too >//u//👍: 0 ⏩: 0
