It stands for "Chuchu Magical Pokemon Journey Style"
Magical Pokemon Journey is a Graphic Novel. You can read more about it here: [link] (Note: It's original Japanese version was called "Pokemon PiPiPi Adventure")
So I decided to draw Chuchu on how I think she would look in the Graphic Novel Series. I also plan to draw My other Pokemon characters, including Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.
Also, I was wondering, Can I use Photoshop to make this look more Manga-like? Like what sort of effects can I use? Any Suggestions at all?

So cute! To make it more manga style, The only thing I can think of is just to digitally ink it. Sorry I'm not much help, but if you browse through some of the tutorials here on dA, you can apply what you learned from there to your drawings.
