“Better start listening, Roxas,” comes the voice in his ear, deceivingly smooth and seductive when matched with the jagged blade against his neck, “because I really don’t feel like cleaning my rug of your blood at this hour.”

The blond scavenger squirms briefly, stilling himself with a small sound when the metal presses threateningly into his throat. He finds it hard to hear the words of his enemy’s compromise with his blood pounding so hard through his veins.

“This is the second time you’ve snuck into our camp, you little wretch,” Axel reminds, “and you should be grateful I let you walk out of here alive the last time. We don’t do that a lot, got that memorized?” He tightens his grip on Roxas’ knee when he feels him begin to writhe again. “I’m not finished, yet.” With a deliberate twist of his body, the rise of his hips dig into the smaller male’s leg, eliciting a pained cry from the added pressure.

“But I am,” hisses Roxas, gripping the hilt of his sword in his sweaty palm as he struggles to get an opening for an attack, “kill me already, you disgusting pirate.”

There’s a chuckle, soft but menacing, and Roxas suddenly groans when Axel adds more weight on his back. “That’d be too easy,” Axel responds casually, “but I do have a proposition for you...”

“Forget it—“

Before he can even finish his refusal, the hand on his knee creeps upward, and Roxas stiffens, forgetting for a moment how to breathe. “W-what are you doing?” He feels his heart pump harder, quicker, but he fights it and tries to intake a long, steady breath while gritting his teeth.

“I’m giving you a proposition,” the thief replies. The palm of Axel’s hand caresses the back the of Roxas’ thigh, stopping just shy of the forks of his legs when he hears the withered “stop” from the blond beneath him. He smiles fiendishly, noticing that the scavenger had his eyes squeezed shut and takes the advantage, clawing his fingers cruelly into the flesh and drawing his thumb in hard circles, hard enough to leave monstrous bruises.

The undertones of pleasure frighten Roxas more than the pain and he can’t stop the gasp from slipping his throat. “Stop,” Roxas grinds out, face flushed with a terror, jaw clenching as he fights the urge to move, “I said stop!”

“So I have your attention?” Axel wonders aloud, taking several seconds to observe his prey before leaning in, lips brushing the contours of Roxas’s ear, “I want you to join us.”

“You’re mad,” the blond chokes out, “what makes you think I’d do such a thing? Why would I mingle with rats like you?”

“Because if you don’t, I’ll return back to your village and slay your entire family by morn, starting with your brother.” Crushing Roxas further, Axel tips the blade of his dagger just slightly, piercing the skin and drawing the first beads of scarlet as he continues with a sneer, “believe me, Roxas, I keep the promises I make. If you’re lucky, I’ll be the one to do the job, unless you want me to send out Reno…he likes to do the deed more slowly, relishing the bloody cries and pleas of his playthings before he tires of them completely. I’m sure you know that already, since you’re most likely to have been the first to discover the bodies of your neighbors…”

Roxas curls his fingers into the shaggy rug as the image of his neighbors, mutilated and mangled, flashes in his mind like lightning of the roughest tempest. “Put up more guards if you want, I’ll just show up with a merry band and murder everyone of Twilight Town until you relent. Get your own little minions at our doors, if you will. We have the advantage either way.”

Axel’s mouth makes a gentle brush against the hairs on the nape of Roxas’s neck, raising goosebumps. His tongue snakes out and laps up the blood welling at the wounds he’d inflicted. Roxas’s vision blurs, and his head spins with the adrenaline of danger and the first signs of arousal. “What do you want from me?” He says in a small voice, cursing bitterly for giving in to the man he had vowed to kill for ravaging his hometown.

A smirk creeps into the corners of the thief’s mouth, and he answers with a hot sigh to his words, “Kingdom Hearts.”

then my imagination took over and it morphed into this.
