It sucks because some people use normal paint (Windows) and I can't use things like this due to the fact that you use a different program and Photo Shop cost money. It happens a lot and I keep looking at Bases or Free Line art and I just can never use any of them. It would be appreciated if someone could make a paint one for people who don't use other programs that cost money or are afraid to download a virus (Hack).

I just want to point out you can just get medibangΒ paint pro/firealpca, they're both free and can open psdΒ files
I have both and haven't had a problem with either
