It was a warm, peaceful night in the woods of Vienna, Austria. The moon was full and shining bright and all was quiet and peaceful, well almost. A girl with a pixie cut hair that was the color of marigold flowers and eyes green as leaves was running fast like a graceful deer from demonic wolf. I can’t believe that moron shut off his brain. He knows what will happen if he shuts his brain off. Bad things will happen to the people around him! She thought as she ran as fast as she could until she spotted a cave and hid inside. Diana sat on a boulder in order to catch her breath.

“I’d pick the wrong day to forget my bow and arrows” she said as she looked down at the ground. The girl’s name was Diana which was a fitting name for her because she was a master archer. Diana learned how to shoot an arrow from a bow before she could walk. Diana was the daughter of a retired army officer named Wallace and a former roller derby skater from Little Italy named Terri. Diana has two older sisters that are twins named Joanna and Chelsea, a 14 year old brother named Steven, and a 10 year old brother named Zack, who goes by the nickname Dagger. Diana was also a combination of a Lunrix and Darkian; sorceress of the moon and darkness.

“I think the coast is clear, but I better check and pray he’s not there” she said hopefully. She looked around and saw nothing nor heard nothing, which as good for her, but when she got out of the cave, she heard a snarl.

“Do I dare turn around and look up?” she said quietly as she turned and looked up. Standing on top of the cave, she saw a very large wolf with golden yellow fur that has purple markings on every tip of the fur which if you see it from a tall tree; it would look like the wolf has purple fur. It has eyes of purple which looked like an orchid color. Around its neck was a necklace with a wolf claw on it. This wolf was no ordinary wolf, this was a werewolf, a legendary monster that was human but can turn to a wolf when there’s a full moon. Another thing was this werewolf was Amon Von Krieg; the sole heir of the dying Von Krieg family, the so called “Wolf Kaiser of Austria”, and the great-grandson of the “Beast of the Third Reich”, Klaus. Most importantly, this werewolf was her boyfriend, well sort of. He was more of the annoying stalker type, but she loved him in a way.

“Oh man!” she screamed ready to bolt out of there until he jumped in front of her. The wolf licked his lips as he was walked slowly towards her. Diana looked at him with fear in her eyes. Diana wanted to use her powers against him, but she was too freaked out as she slowly backed away from him. There were tears falling down from her eyes, normally she was a military girl; strong, tough, and fierce but when you’re face to face with a hungry werewolf, you become a fragile, little girl. Her back hit the wall as Amon kept getting closer to her.

“Please, please don’t do this Amon. Please don’t kill me.” She cried softly as he bared his teeth at her. The wolf ignored her plea and crept closer and closer until into went to attack position. Diana, knowing that her time came too soon, took a deep breath and closed her eyes. As she did, she saw her life flashed before her. Diana remembered her 1st birthday, the day she shot her first arrow, her first day of school, the birth of her brothers, and everything that was precious to her. Diana then whispered something into the night sky and everything went black.
