Info: Evil and a retired villian, Manacle was the first villian in the story but, he was never evil once. When he a teenager, he was a rebel along with his friends Colin, Damian, and his brother, Matthew. He is best friend was always Damian because he stood up for him from the Head Council when they were kids. Damian's death was a big blow to Manacle because he lost they only person who was like him. Chase, Bender, Wanda, Stacy, Mike, and Alan meet Manacle when they were 12. Manacle wanted the Hearts to destory the world but they stopped him. Manacle then retired and became their school principal so they were no longer his problem or were they? The guys were his biggest problem because the were under new leadership, their leader, Luke. Maddie, Manacle's wife and vice principal realized that Luke was Damian's grandson because he looked exactly like him and that he had the same spirit and power. When Luke came back from London, Manacle saw his past all over again when he saw his grandson, grandnephew, and Colin's grandson teamed up with Luke knowing that he was indeed Damian's grandson. Manacle's weapon was his cane that hold the Heart of Horror. Manacle is now out of retirement and now fight along side with Luke and his friends to kill the Head Council for it was him who kill Damian and Manacle is now going to avenge his fallen friend.
