That would be cool, but I think Sonic vs. X or Akira vs. Ryu would be better rival pairings.

I chose Ryu and Sonic as rivals, because Sonic the Hedgehog and Street Fighter franchises were incredibly popular in early 90s in Japan and North America (major gaming markets at that time) and these franchises were inspired by Dragon Ball anime and manga.
