I really like this
The colors are very nice, and just the way the whole scene feels. Love to see it finished.
The sky is awesome, just the little scribbly bit in the center seems completly out of place haha. as you already knew im sure.. (reading anothers comment).
Just looking at it, i appreciate it more as its similar to some background work im doing, this one goes in for referance .

I was doing this video tutorial which kinda was teaching me to do this whole scene...so I kinda skipped my way to the building stage...
I have lost the file since my 80GB samsung has kinda crashed...(Never Buy Samsung Hard Drives) so I'll do the whole thing again...It'll be good practice.

Although the building that are further away have rather sharp edges, they could be a little blurry. Atmospheric perspective and all that.

I did this after looking at a video tutorial... After finishing the env he applied unsharpen mask. thats what I, too, have done...There is a girl in the fg will do that over the weekend...
