I always forget he was one of the earliest concept characters after Scorpia and Shadow Weaver to be featured in the original She-Ra cartoon. But it took him until 2018 to be made into an action figure. I'm unsure with his design. I think over the years there were many similar designs from comics or cartoon but I´m sure as a kid I would have turned those face plates until they were broken!

Maybe it's the color scheme. I get what they were going with him since the Horde Troopers are similar robots but still a different color scheme would hurt that guy if you ask me.
