Digital painting on PS 5.5 and wacom intuos 4 - Jacob and Bella.This was sort-of requested by someone asking to see what it\'d look like with Jacob really being the giant he was described as in the books. I got curious so here we are
I did use a reference pic by Marta Petrucci for the body composition.

I've always liked the idea of Jake and Bella being together. In the book, Edward is kind of an asshole from beginning to end. Jake started out as an okay guy until Stephanie Meyer fucked up his character. Hell, whenever he and Bella interacted, Bella always seemed much more normal, and less Mary-Sueish than with Edward. I just got the feeling that they would have had a better time.

yes indeed, I couldn't agree more. I never understood how people could be so blind to what Edward did with Bella and how she was so different around him... it's a goddamn shame the series had to end the way they did. Kinda ruined the whole thing for me :/

Once again and amazing job!!! I love Taylor either way but this is exactly how I pictured him with the height that was described in the books. And this is EXACTLY how it SHOULD have been.

This is how it had supposed to be. In the books you get the impression that Jake is huge. Unfortunately Taylor is too short. This is great work

Yeah I got used to Taylor being what he is though. I figured it's more important he'd reflect Jacob's personality than his height, but it's still nice to see at least as a painting

hell yeah....thats what i'm talking about.
ich hab mir Jake immer als Gigant vorgestellt und dachte auch das sie zumindest in den Filmen wenn er neben Edward oder Bella steht auf ne kiste steigt, schlieΓlich beschreibt Frau Meyer ihn als 2m groΓen typen

ja das ist schon ein wenig schade dass Taylor kein Riese ist, kann man ihm aber auch kaum zum Vorwurf machen. Ich hab ihn gern so wie er ist ^^ Und auΓerdem sehen die anderen Charaktere auch nicht unbedingt aus wie im Buch beschrieben, mal ganz ehrlich :/
Wie auch immer, hat trotzdem SpaΓ gemacht es mal "richtigzustellen"
