Here's a random fish character who appeared BRIEFLY in ONE SCENE of
the We Baby Bears episode "The Little Mer-Bear", and ALSO happens to RESEMBLE
Panda for WHATEVER REASON (without ACTUALLY BEING Panda AS a FISH!), hence me
calling him "Panda Fish".

As he resembles Pan-Pan's half-bear half-mermaid form from said episode!
For anyone wondering, Pan-Pan ENDED UP turning
into a half-mermaid (UNFORTUNATELY) as a result ALL THANKS to
the talking clam with a MAGIC pearl much to his
SHOCK and DISMAY, as OPPOSED to a FULL-FLEDGED
mermaid or mer-bear (WHICH is WHAT he WANTED or
HAD in mind!) as it were! His transformation WASN'T COMPLETE, UNLIKE what his
two brothers Grizz and Ice Bear got! Yeah!
Go figure, dudes! I'm DEAD serious, here!
Like Pan-Pan, he HAS a little smartphone on him (in the color purple), I DIDN'T draw it
HOWEVER (DON'T WORRY, I DIDN'T FORGET it, I know he HAS it in the
ORIGINAL SCENE he COMES from!), as I JUST wanted to draw him
SWIMMING, MINUS or WITHOUT his phone! That's all!
It's KINDA a lot BETTER this way! Just saying! 
Before you ask HOW that's EVEN REMOTELY POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY for
WHEN he's UNDERWATER (💦🌊🔵💙🔵),
just DON'T TRY or ATTEMPT to QUESTION the LOGIC behind THE WHOLE THING!
Remember, it's a FANTASY-THEMED (KINDA MORE CARTOONY)
SPINOFF SERIES, so it CAN all BE EXCUSED! 
Pan-Pan's fish counterpart (and lookalike) SURE shares A LOT in COMMON with HIM, am I RIGHT?!
Right down to HAVING a (SIMILAR) LIKING to SMARTPHONES!!! Who WOULD'VE thought?!?
So...in THE ORIGINAL SCENE in question, while TRYING to RETRIEVE the MAGIC PEARL from THE TALKING CLAM AFTER it goes FLYING all ACROSS the OCEAN SOMEHOW, with Pan-Pan ending up on ONE HECK of a WILD GOOSE CHASE JUST to GET it BACK...he runs into SOME STINGRAYS, WHICH ARE an OBSTACLE in THE WAY of THINGS (THE PEARL MAINLY, MIND YOU!) for little Pan-Pan! And that's when THIS LITTLE GUY COMES into play!
He ENTERS the scene, swimming, WHILE ON his phone, but as SOON AS he goes NEAR where the STINGRAYS ARE...
HE GETS REDUCED to NOTHING BUT a FISHY SKELETON, COURTESY of THEM, phone STILL in FINS (albeit BROKEN and A BIT DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR!!!), MUCH to the HORROR of the REAL Panda!

And LET me TELL YOU, it is DEFINITELY ALL KINDS of MESSED UP!!!
Just be THANKFUL it WASN'T ACTUALLY PAN-PAN, but EVEN THEN, still...
poor Panda Fish! (No fooling on ANY of THAT one, fellas!)
I've, like, REALLY (for a GOOD SEVERAL MONTHS, mind you!) BEEN MEANING to DRAW this CUTE little fish character for QUITE SOMETIME and a WHILE, now! And NOT JUST because he LOOKS EXACTLY like Panda and I COULDN'T HELP but NOTICE him!
I just SIMPLY couldn't RESIST, okay?!
Also, I FELT LIKE IT and WANTED TO, not THAT you CAN REALLY BLAME me! With HOW much he BEARS (no pun intended!) a RESEMBLANCE to little Pan-Pan, you REALLY THINK I'm NOT gonna NOTICE him?!?
I don't THINK so! So there!
And ASIDE from THAT HORRIBLE, NO-GOOD, UNFORTUNATE, WORST CASE SCENARIO happening to him,
I GOTTA admit, he's STILL pretty cute! Regardless if he looks like Pan-Pan!
