It turned out to be a personal running gag for me to draw Leo eating, because he eats in Monkey Brains a whole piece of pizza at once and his voice is totaly normal when he talks to Donnie the moment after.
After I saw it the first time couldn't I oversee it now and it makes me laugh every time to think that Leo can eat like Mikey. XD
