I am so so late with this
Been working on it on-off and finally finished
waiiiii am I so slow D:

But I really wanted to finish it because well...good practice.
And also an excuse to draw military uniforms.

Tis not a very Chinese New Year-ish piece, but happy Chinese New Year to all my Chinese friends anyway! Let's all 步步高升 togetherrrrr.

Also thank you to the lovely and for letting me use your babies for this, I had a lot of fun drawing them! (they're so cute uguuuu) I hope I didn't butcher them too much. I couldn't decide which girl suited which look better, so I drew them in BOTH hahaha /weak laughter/ with differing colour schemes too! Playing with colour palettes is fun~
