I forget something...
It would be best to create 2 Photo Filter adjustment
layers.
One for the top part of here body & one for her legs.
Then have a lower opacity on the legs layer.
Hope this makes sense!

I like this a lot. It certainly grabs my attention.
If i have any crit at all it would be that the girls skin seems a little warm for the setting.

True true! I tried to tone it down, but when I did her left arm went flat and disappeared. I don't know how to changed the contrast in just her arm..... do u have any tips?

ok, assuming you are using photoshop, try this to cool down the arm a little.
1. Create a new Photo Filter adjustment layer.
2. Select Cooling Filter (82)
3. Then use the layer mask to just apply The Photo Filter to the girls skin.
4. I would also bring the opacity of the adjustment layer down a touch to taste.
