Basically this is an instance of what happens during the default Mii Fighter's time off.
Since they are considered celebrities, they have their own private suites at the Cocoba Hotel on Wuhu Island. They all have all access passes to EVERYTHING the hotel and island has to offer.
Here, they all signed up to be temp life guards or something and are having a quick snack break.
Version 2 features the U Mii Fighters.

A creamsicle might have been a little easy to identify. Looks like he's either eating a chocolate bar or a dookie, the latter not being a very good image.
I for a fact that you should never try to mess with a Brawler in smash. The counter itself does way more damage than anything else.

Brawler likes fudge and fudgesicles are real things. Get that mind somewhere cleaner.
While the counter is powerful, it has a lot of ending lag. So either it hits or you get punished.
