Character I adopted from ~Classic-Tea ! I was going to make it Xiou at first, but then I decided to draw someone else XD.Isn't she cute? She's very stern all of the time, and almost always depressed. She has a bad habit of being stereotypical as well. I don't like this one as much as the others, though xD;
