In all seriousness, i find it frustrating how Celestia seems considered deserving of so much hate, bashing and mocking by the fandom while Luna is considered a "holy maiden o' goodness", a beloved goddess that doesn't deserve to be harmed in anyway whatsoever, otherwise you'll face the wrath of her loyal worshipers(fans).

I don't find the Celestia names funny. I am a proud (female) brony and I find it disturbing, when someone makes a joke like this a bout a bucking (censoring myself :3) kids show. I am a childish person, I admit it. So, when I see content like this, I get mad. Really mad.

I understand, someone here on DA got all offended and called me a "Solar Empire Extremist" just because i happened to say, "Fuck Luna" in a journal entry. And kind you, its wasn't a "Luna is stupid" rant or anything. It was a "NLR Extremest Rant"
So, i was denouncing Extremism, i wasn't permitting it!

Normally I might argue with you about this... if it wasn't true. Insult and bastardized anypony except Luna, Trixie, and maybe Discord, it funny but those three? Epona help you if you do.
I remember when bastardizing Fluttershy would garner the same response as the second panel... now it seems to be okay.
Time I do wonder why I am still part of the fandom, then I see new members for Protect Celestia and sens hope that maybe the majority of Bronies aren't haters.

It is.
But I do like to think that the Celestia bashers are a minority, a very vocal minority with a lot of pull in the fandom.
There are some Luna fans, members of the various NLR groups, that have joined the Protect Celestia group on FiMFiction. That gives me hope.
Now the rabid fans need to realize that Discord is not Q and a not a nice guy.

I take it you don't spend much time in fanfiction land.
But yes people are still writing bash fics, cupcake sequels, Conversion Bureau (granted there are two that are pro-Celestia), NLR-SE wars, and so on. Every day a new one... or three. Still the majority are not those fics.
