Meloetta is making her own parade to perform her parade act to entertain her friends to march along. When she makes her performance the pokemons are joining Meloetta's parade act to do marching line to follow Meloetta's lead to have fun, while others are watching how they're performing marching on the parade act. well. the pokemons has bodygroups which they can be changed their expressions using bodygroup options to change the expressions to make them happy or sad.

I recommended to use easy bodygroup tool to change the pokemons expressions on Garry's Mod. and also easy bodygroup tool can be found on Garry's Mod on Steam Workshop on tools section.
