'Dotis' was a project I was hired on as a Concept artist/ Illustrator last year. It was a nft collection project, back when those were on the rise.

I was quite interested in the artistic and technical aspects of nft collections and figuring out how it should work, plus creating the IP was quite fun.
Unfortunately the project never released, but regardless I'd like to share some of the design work I did for it.

DOTIS is an all-female tribe of warriors, who live in the harsh desert biome of a distant planet. They have evolved some biological traits that help them survive in the dangerous conditions and also wear organic insect carapace armor.

I will post more artwork from this project in the coming weeks, including some development sketches.
