This is an exceedingly well done picture--so much so that I am adding it to my favourites folder. There are two minor issues that I want to bring to your attention. One this character's face is entirely too smooth and innocent looking. He is equipped to bind captives, but his weaponry is nothing short of purely lethal. One shot or a single blow would result in the immediate death of his target.

I agree that his face is a little too friendly; a couple of scars or a bionic eye would probably help. But who says his shotgun is lethal? Even today there areΒ non-lethal shotgun weapons, and in the 41stΒ millennium they probably have even moreΒ pacification technology.

The shotgun? What shotgun? Oh, that shotgun! I get it. Yes, you can load a shotgun with non-lethal rounds, but everything else this guy has on his person is blatantly lethal. The bill club has spikes on it. His left boot has spikes on it. His right foot has, apparently, been replaced with a wicked prosthesis that I would not want to have coming into contact with any part of my person. The only other thing that is seemingly innocuous about him is his rather too soft looking hands. They should be scarred and gnarled, perhaps even have some burn scars on them. That would scream, "I'm tough and you had better disappear fast!"

I like it a lot. But I have a few minor questions:Β
1) Is that supposed to beΒ ornateΒ carapace armor or human-sized power armor? Because it looks like it could go either way to me.
2) Is that a shotgun or some kind of pump-action bolter? Because a pump action bolt-carbine would be really cool.
3) Just to be sure: Those are handcuffs on his belt, right?
