Description
Personal concept for my project Dynasty da Luna. This is the design of the terraformed Moon, which is the main setting where the story will develop.
Been working on things I can't show right now, but managed to finish this and hopefully more things soon.
Will post a second concept related to this one in the coming days, which explains more of the design functionality.

You said it's not supposed to be scientifically accurate, which is fine, but how are extralunar projectiles handled? If any were to hit this, it'd degrade in structural integrity.

I think you could support the weight of the glass on the air, with the right pressure it might actually be feasible with current technology (though we have to get to the moon first).
