It can change the shape or size of the cakes that are in range and form into inanimate objects. Cake Transmutation-Cake Ocean can turn other objects into cake, even the user. And turn things that are already into cake back to its original state.
(NOTE: I got this inspiration from Tusk Act 2. It's almost look like a mechanical cake stand)
