I made this for a co-worker, she wanted to get a drawing from me when I quit my job at the hospital ouoI asked her what she wanted me to draw her, and she said do something from a fairytail.. but preferably one with animals or something. SO I ended up drawing the Puss in the boots.
This was actually a lot of fun to draw :'D I kinda enjoy drawing cats.. even tho I find the actual animals scary =u=;
Inspired heavily by shreks puss in boots and other whoknowswhodrewthemlikehundredyearsago drawings from google x'D

like.. omg.. and you know that I usually don't just rant with monkey typing but I would totally do that from how high quality this is.. colors and focus point and all of those stuff that I'm still l learning and imagining I will get one day orz

Such nostalgia! He was one of my favorite characters from Shrek as well as from one of my favorite fairytales. I always thought it was silly that he learned how to walk just by falling into a pair of boots legs first. XD

I loved the Shrek character but also the whole fairy tale, somehow I've always been fascinated about art and storied where there were animals that wore human clothes xD Like I'm a BIIG fan of Beatrix Potters art and stories
But most cats I've met have been the kind of to bite and scratch o__o except.. one of my friends had this cute cat who just jumped on your lap and started purring ;u;
