Neiman may be my fav artist of all time, especially for suggesting movement and energy and dynamics in a painting, that's why he was so great at sports and horse racing paintings. His use of color is so exciting. Anyone who doesn't know his work, please googleΒ  on google images Leroy Neiman, you won't be sorry!
