If you're an artist, you've felt like this at times I'm sure. The bright and shining inspriation you feel versus the immense weight of life and other tasks sapping your motivation. Moving to Japan has been a great thing, but it's a LOT of work. Paperwork every day, have to take a driving course, find a house, a car, etc, etc. Whee!Also, everything that little energy pinkie is talking about are legitimately things I'm working on and/or planning. It only took me about 6 hours to do this piece so I'm getting faster. Maybe someday I'll be fast enough to keep up with my inspiration....

As a writer, I totally understand how you feel ( I just got to writing a fanfiction I've been planning for TWO years! I can hardly believe it's been that long myself)

It took me 11 months to complete mine which was about 50,000 works and 22 chapters. SO MUCH WORK

You tell yourself you're not allowed to do something you really enjoy doing (like masturbating ) until you do what you need to do. Or take a shit-ton of stimulants like caffeine or meth to give yourself enough mental and psychical energy to do something. Or do both, that's how I normally finish my less than motivational school work.Β

Take your time my friend, nobody rushes you. Live chores first, then virtual life. Don't get much fellings into the net things, it's really bad and depressing.

I like the comment you made on Tumblr with this pic. It's crazy how things can get so built up in our minds (and i know what i'm talking about >.< half my stuff never happens for said reasons).
