Well, sometimes they have them at petshops... I wouldn't recommend that, though. Even "mutt" cats are expensive at those places.
You might try calling around to local animal shelters. I actually got my Russian Blue by asking a local cat rescue to give me a call if they got one in.
It probably wouldn't hurt to browse around for breeders. Sometimes you can find cat breeders who are in it because they love the animals, and will sell the kittens for a reasonable price.
Local newspaper ads is another good way to find a kitten. You might be fortunate and find someone who'd like to give away their young or adult siamese to a good home.

Aww there so beautiful! I love each one of them for very different reasons. I like the black one because it's perfect for Halloween, I like the middle one because of it's un natural but beautiful colours and I like the last one because it's Siamese! ^_^
