Description
A painting done for class. We were supposed to use Pulp novels as inspiration, so I did a teen-mystery-style story concerning a pirate ghost. In this scene he is caught just before he is about to dig up his buried treasure.Oils

Well this is utterly stunning, I love the glossiness of the beard, such a contrast to the theme. Gorgeous composition too, very classy, just great.

Nope, its a bit long. I went overboard. No, I just kind of explained that theres a pirate ghost thats actually a person in an awesome glowy costume.
