Yellow Bellied slider, my cousin used to have oneΒ

Hard to tell without seeing it at a different angle. Not a yellow bellied slider though. The shell shape looks like map turtle, but the lines doe not match. Red eared sliders are usually a flater shell and they have a red spot behind the eye (which we cannot see here). However, map turtles have a more "curvy" line pattern and these are fairly straight. They also have shells with more ridges.
As a person who studies turtles, I would be more likely to go with red eared slider.
