The answer to that question is a little complicated (you'll understand by the end of part 2), but I won't reveal anything until the characters do.

Ah, it's no secret...I'll tell you straight out that it's Gypsum's outline. You should be able to make out the little white tear-drop device in her hair. (The one with the glowing rectangle in it.) But I didn't make it very obvious, so that's my fault. ^-^:;
