For 's crossover contest. The requirements stated that it had to be a recent cartoon crossed with Teen Titans, but I got permission to use Heroes (which, obviously, is not a cartoon).
HUZZAH!
It doesn't get much better than Sylar feasting on Terra brains. This isn't enough gore to warrant a mature content warning, right?
BB/Rae fans: YAY! (before they notice Raven getting her butt kicked in that painting back there...)
I attempted more of a comic book style... I'm really proud of the way this turned out.
For those of you unfamiliar with Sylar, he is pretty much the greatest villain ever created. The watchmaker-turned-serial-killer has the ability to see how things work (intuitive aptitude). His life goal is to be special, and he murders those with abilities, rips their heads open, and feasts on their brains (supposedly) to acquire their powers, furthering his quest to become the most powerful, influential person in the free world. He really is a magnificent character.
Explanation:::::
Precognition is among Sylar's abilities (as well as telekinesis, which he is using to slice the top of his victim's [Terra's] head), and he uses it to paint the future. In the bg, you'll notice his visions of the Teen Titans' future.
In the top left you'll see a Raven/Sylar showdown in which Sylar uses his cryokinesis to stop Raven in her tracks. Beneath it in the green is Starfire and (if you look closely) Beast Boy. Star is crying at the loss of her friends. In the center you'll notice Terra's own death--Sylar testing out her powers while Terra's brainless corpse lies in the background. On the top right is Robin being sliced, and beneath it is Titan's Tower with blood-stained windows. Sylar's artwork is usually messy and abstract...I tried to convey his style in those canvases.
No, I did not forget about Cyborg. His power is not genetic, so Sylar has no use for him. If you look reeeally closely at the Raven panel, you can see a Cyborg puddle. Sylar liquified him. :-|

Nice shadows, coloring, idea and overall style. If you could have just kept Sylar's style in his picture while making it more clear what's going on in the picture.
Precognition, hmm... Makes you wonder how many different futures he sees before getting to the final one, as each divination changes the future a little and doesn't hold up with the last one.

Thank you! I tried to make it clearer...but I was using a smeary oil pen, so it just made it worse... ^-^;;
Or does it? Maybe the future really isn't changeable, and one way or another the same future will come about... For example, Sylar will end up President one way or another.
