I stared at this for about 5minutes now, thinking about like anyting, especially what to comment about this.
first thing I thought, lookingat the thumbnail was: Uh, pretty.
Then I clicked and looked closer. I was stunned, examined every single part of it, the little mechanicle fingers, the detailed rose, the beatyful halfclosed eyes combining a kind of empty, robitic with a sad, dreamy sight. I'm overwhelmed by the plasticity and the naturality in this completely unreal and fantastic setting.
The simple but special colorscheme of the clothes and hair totally fits the scene and character.
Wow.

I think if you add a some glowing effects where the water and the nightsky meet then the picture will become much softer.
