Suddenly, I got so active : DI watched the TV-movie the other day, and eight was telling a story about him and his dad watching a meteor rain at Gallifrey, and it sounded pretty... So...
Supposed to be the Master and the Doctor in their really young years :'3 I tried to make the clothes time-lordy and their hair I based on that both 1st and the first versions of the Master had the same kind of hair, so I thought, maybe it was something Gallifreyan with back-slicks XD

Well, nothing except the mentioned; the Doctor describes a meteor rain like that in the Tv-movie, and I though, maybe it's a common thing on Gallifrey, and if it were, it was probably viewed as something romantic to go watch, like the full moon on Earth :'3
