If you like. OK!
All you need to do is: make a 54x162 picture and the 3 states of the start button is 54x54. Draw the natural state to the upper 54x54 square, then the hover state to the second and the third state to the third square.
I always make a png, then with XNview I convert it to alpha layered bmp.

Yup, I'd tried the PNG before, and it destroyed my explorer.exe. Thank Goodness Win7SBC makes a backup of explorer before changing it!
