You musta gone to a MUCH more generous college than I did. 
And one which trusts its students not to break large glass windows every time they come home drunk and lost their keys.
Or someone outside with a grudge and a brick to throw.
(On the other hand, the size and beat-up condition of our real dorms, even for the sober and scholarly, would not look in a game.)

Heya, if you're curious, the brief asked for a student apartment belonging to an ivey league university, so it had to be something on the more fancy / luxurious side.
I never actually lived in any kind of university dorm either, so this is just a lot of daydreaming, hehe.
