These are 5 dog portraits painted on watercolor postcards (10,5x14,8cm / 4,1x5,8in.). I did these (and an additional canvas painting) for a little charity auction a friend of mine is running. All money will go to a private animal welfare organisation in Spain -> www.lucendum-animals.org The auction will be held on Facebook and is in german only (unfortunately).The cards were done with watercolors and felt pens

This would be such a lovely print. I wish I could be there at the charity auction. My cat is from the Animal Shelter and wasn't realy a cat people would pick. He was laying there. Doing nothing. Even when all the other kittens in his cage played with eachother. He didn't like people at all and even tried to push me away when I picked him up. Now he's a sweetie. He had a bit of a rough start and still is a bit skittisch sometimes. But boy, do I love him. It realy brings joy to my heart to see people want to help the animals in the animal shelter. I realy like the piece you've created. Especialy the second dog from above. Even tough I'm a cat person.
