I like to save step by step images of the work I paint.
Every time when I think I give up, or something else, I go and have look how the picture was a step before, or at the beginning, that keeps me moving on ^_^

I have done this picture without making sketches or lines, I really appreciate this way of working. The only helplines I made is on the second step.
