[I think she was definitely surprised to see Mordecai again. She probably did still have feelings for him, but was also mad at him for the incident in "Yes Dude Yes".]

we they did kiss two times the first the new years and the other heart warming so she and mordo liked it
I UESD to like Margaret x Mordecai but when CJ was in the show when I saw the beauty of CJ and Mordo's friendship/relationship I was like OMG why didn't I see this before I love ship cause of they personally, same interest, and they understand each other very well, I realizes that Margaret didn't like the same stuff what Mordo likes. I mean his friends already know that Mordo can't see that. you know Mordecai the first person second wont Always be right. Margaret will probably met a guy who likes the same stuff, interest and understand her. sorry for you Margaret x Mordecai fans/shippers Margaret won't be coming back soon in the season, you know college. that's just my opinion, so don't bash me please.

And I think she feel awkward and irritated because I think she still hates Mordecai for that behavior in the episode "Yes Dude Yes". But I don't really know how Mordecai should feel himself. Maybe, awkward, because he didn't want to quarrel with her. And now he's looking for a new girlfriend but I don't really think he would thought of CJ because of that incident.
