It's finally finished! Here is my complete painting of the goshawk "Norbert" (yes the falconer named him after Hagrid's dragon). What a super cool bird! He was a lot of fun to paint too.
Done in photoshop with a Ugee 2150 drawing monitor. ~13.5 hrs to complete.

I really do too, I've only gotten to see one in person and I was awestruck the entire time. (Even though it sadly didn't catch anything on our hunt.)

I got so awestruck I nearly fell down a (short) cliff xD I need to learn to spend less time trying to take photos and more time watching where my feet go!
It was a bummer cause we did flush like two jacks but the gos wasn't in shape as that was one of his first hunts since his falconer had come back from a trip. The cast of Harris Hawks did better but it would've been so cool to catch something with the gos!
