Based on [link] - This is a sky sailing song, but by the same guy who created owl city (this was his older project) Adam Young.
Art and character by meh. Original size 1600x900. 2 textures used. Drawn in gimp 2.6 with a Wacom pen tablet. Around 3-4 hours to draw this.
