Wow, this is really neat! I just felt like mentioning one thing that's important with wings, and that's the fact that a lot of people have the "backwards wing syndrome" when drawing them, layering the feathers in a way that lets wind escape through them. That'll leave you with a flightless bird, hehe.
Google wings, guys, it'll save you a lot of headaches!
