Decided to try out mixed media for the first time in forever omg. *o* And this is what came out haha, a new OC! Here is some backstory on her because I love brainstorming while drawin':

Ceres was born and raised in the slums the city, but at a young age was taken by the government as part of its annual "Selection" and brutally trained to become part of its secret police sector as an agent. However, their brainwashing influence and teachings did not fully reach Ceres' heart, and so one night at the age of 16 she took her chance to escape. Ripping off her tracker tag (along with a good chunk of her ear), she fled to freedom and has been on the run ever since, taking the odd job and concealing the bar code on her neck with a hood at all times.
She seeks to find a way to undermine the corruption of this so-called government, but the chance has not yet arisen...
