Season 5 of The Magicians is finally out and I can finally post this!! This piece was literally sitting half-finished for a year but the show has given me LIFE to finish this and tbh The Beast (aka Mothra aka Killer Mothman From Another World) is still one of my favorite underrated villains of all time. Like, who else would do a tap dance whilst tearing your eyes out with his bare hands? Or sit down for a nice spot of tea in a room of fresh corpses.
What a jolly good fellow.

I don't watch the show, but I love the contrast between the warm colors and frailty of the moths/butterflies and the really strong, blue tones of the figure. Beautiful!

One of the most relatable villains ever. A rape victim who was never allowed back into the world that was his one safety spot, it's no wonder why he wanted to destroy it.
