Well you click on him.. give him a name you prefer (and a gender) and than click on 'create adoptable' afterwards. Once you do so, you'll get a link. Use the HTML link to display your adoptable on whatever site you want, like tumblr/facebook/twitter?
The more people click on it on your site, the more it will level up and it will evolve into something else when he reaches a certain level.
If you want to keep track of your adoptables or want to level it up yourself, you can register to the website.

Lol thank you XD I figured it out. I was just confused when I clicked it and those white boxes appeared, my brain was just like 'What??' haha
